Return Policy (30-Day Returns) — WORLDESHOP LLC (KOLIX)

WORLDESHOP LLC (“WORLDESHOP,” “we,” “us”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy applies to purchases made on our website for KOLIX repair tools shipped within the United States.

1) Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2) Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

· Unused and in the same condition you received them

· Returned with original packaging and included accessories (if applicable)

· Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing parts not due to our error.

3) Non-returnable items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

· Final sale/clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)

· Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents

4) How to start a return

· Your order number

· The item(s) you want to return

· The reason for return (optional but helpful)

· Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We’ll reply with return instructions.

5) Return shipping costs

· If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival), we will work with you to resolve it and may provide return shipping guidance.

· For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise in writing.

6) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

· Refunds are issued to the original payment method

· Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error
